Oh, so very special and entirely unique, this antique hand cut Diamond engagement ring is a beautiful find. Dating to the 1910's or so, it showcases a wondersome and very radiant Old European cut Diamond measuring at around 0.90ct (judged with a Schindler Gauge).
You can be assured of the quality as this Diamond although uncertificated is very clean and white, given unique personality by the skill of the cutter's hand in creating this gorgeous glitterball from a naturally found wonder. It has a heart warming rolling sparkle as the light hits each of the facets and creates rainbows of light.
The setting has been fashioned by a very clever jeweller in a flattering style which references the Arts and Crafts Movement and compliments the shaping of the stone... see how the shoulders follow the line of the slopes to the Diamond? The claws and bezel are of fine Platinum which continues in the centre strut to the trefoil shoulders, and all the rest is of 18ct Yellow Gold.
The ring size is a 'K' or '5.25' but could be altered to suit if you leave a message on your order form.
